A **Sports Arena** gives a region somewhere to host sporting events and keeps the local population entertained.

## Requirements

## Effects

* **−2 Discontent** and **+2 Happiness** every day for every NPC living in the region.
* **Free global heats:** creating a global cycling, swimming or track heat normally costs a 1 VBX fee. In a region with a working Sports Arena, the fee is waived.
* The daily NPC effect only applies while the nation that built it controls the region.
