Only works while its integrity is above 0%.
Cruise missiles
Citizens holding missiles (Q5 military items) can fire them from the SAM Site page:
Each launch deals 1,000,000 damage to the enemy side
Costs 10 AP and one missile
Can target battles your nation is fighting in the current region, or in neighbouring regions
The battle must already have started and not have ended
The President, Vice President, Defence Minister and the site's Commanding Officer can manage the site.
